Remember, concentration meditation is about training your mind to focus and sustain attention. It's normal for your mind to wander; the practice lies in gently bringing your attention back each time. Concentration meditation involves focusing your mind on a single point of reference, such as your breath, a mantra, or an object. Here's a basic steps to get started: Find a Quiet Space: Choose a quiet environment where you can sit comfortably without distractions. Sit Comfortably: Sit in a comfortable position with your spine erect but relaxed. You can sit on a cushion or chair. Choose Your Point of Focus: Select a focal point.
